Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 1:45 pm;
After School 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Session I:   June 21 – July 9, no class July 5
Session II: July 12 – July 29

Registration

To register in person, visit the Community Education office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Complete registration form in its entirety in addition to selecting alternate courses. Registrations are processed in the order received. Mail completed forms along with payment payable to Community Education via:

Incomplete registrations will not be processed until all information is provided. Once registered in courses, all changes will be subject to the transfer policy. (Wait lists are not maintained.)

Orientation packets and class schedules will be mailed two weeks prior to the start of your child’s session. No other confirmations will be sent prior to mailing packets.

Refund Policy

Requests for a refund must be received in writing to our office ten (10) business days prior to the start of the first day of class. Refunds will not be issued after the deadline dates listed below:

Session I: June 7 Session II: June 25

All refund requests will be subject to the following policy:

  • $75.00 processing fee for each session enrolled
  • $25.00 for each After School program
  • Material fees are non-refundable

 

All requests must be received in writing and contain the following information:

--Student’s name --Course titles --Signature
--Session date(s) --Parent/Guardian name

Community Education will make every effort to maintain the printed schedule of classes, but reserves the right to cancel or change class times, instructors, and class titles. Changes do not warrant a refund. Classes require minimum enrollments.


Transfer policy

A written request for each class transfer will be accommodated for a $25 transfer fee, dependent upon space availability. Transfers will not be accepted after 4:00 pm on the second day of each session. Written requests may be brought to the office, faxed, or emailed.


Orientation

It is important that all students and a parent attend the first day orientation held in the Theater. Orientation is scheduled from 7:45 am to 8:15 am at which time an overview of the program, campus facilities, and registration materials will be discussed.


Attendance

Attendance will be taken at the start of each class period. All absences, late arrivals or early dismissals should be called into the office at (408) 741-2096.

Students with behavioral problems and/or consistent tardies will be counseled and possibly removed if behavior does not improve. A refund will NOT be granted for expulsions.
