REFUND POLICY:
Requests must be received in our office five (5) business days before the start of the first day of class.
Refund deadlines: Session I - June 16
Session II - July 7
All requests must be received in writing and contain the following information:  
students name
student ID#
address
parent/guardian name and daytime phone
course titles
and signature

Requests may be faxed to (408)867-2522 or e-mailed to
college4kids@westvalley.edu
A $45.00 processing fee will be charged for each session, and an additional $15.00 for After School.
No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline dates.
If you paid by check, cash, or American Express, a check will be issued in approximately four weeks. If you paid by Visa or Mastercard, we will process a credit back to your card in approximately (3) three weeks.

REGISTRATION CHANGES:
Once registered, a written request for each class transfer will be accommodated for a $20.00 transfer fee per session, dependent upon space availability in the class and only until 4:30pm of the second day of each session. Requests may be e-mailed to college4kids@westvalley.edu or faxed to (408) 867-2522.
CANCELLATIONS:
  • Community Education will make every effort to maintain the printed "Daily Schedule", but we do reserve the right to change class times, instructors, and class titles, if necessary. These changes do not warrant a refund.
  • Classes require minimum enrollments. If not notified of absence, Community Education reserves the right to replace students who do not attend the first 2 class meetings.
  • Students with behavioral problems will be asked to leave the program.
  • No refunds shall be given in the event of expulsion.
